Kangaroo
According to a saying, when the white people first stepped on Australia they couldn_t believe their eyes when they saw some strange animals hopping around. Immediately they asked the first Australian native (Aborigine) they have met: What are these animals hopping around? And the natives said _Kangaroo_. In native language, Kangaroo means that _I don_t understand_. But Europeans thought that kangaroo was the name of the animal, so we call them now as kangaroo.

Natural Life in Australia
It_s estimated that in Australia there are more than 1 million living species- and most of them only exist in Australia . Kangaroo y Koala are the most popular ones. Especially the name of Kangaroo refers to a kind of animal more than a single one, and it_s known that kangaroo has more than 60 different kinds. It_s strange that they are mostly known with a similar image in which they are with their young babies. And we can say that this image provides a sympathy about Australia all over the world. And we wouldn_t be mistaken as saying that the sincerity and optimism of Australians are a reflection of the nature and climate there.

6 su bardağı irmik (ince)
2.5 su bardağı yoğurt
1.5 su bardağı toz şeker
2 yumurta
1.5 paket kabartma tozu
35 x 25 kare tepsi için tam ölçü
Şurup için:
5 su bardağı su,
5 su bardağı şeker,
Yarım limonun suyu

Bütün malzemeyi bir çırpma kabına koyarak iyice karıştıralım.
* İçi sıvı yağ ile bir tepsiye döküp, tepsiyi sallıyarak bu karışımı yayalım.
* Orta ısıdaki fırında pişirelim.
* Fırından çıkar çıkmaz kaynar, şurup vererek çektirelim.
* Soğuduktan sonra servis yapılır.
